UNACU has been in existence for years and boasts its presence in almost all tertiaries in Uganda (including privately owned ones).

Founded in 1998, Uganda National Association for Computer Users (UNACU) has been a leading force in promoting computer literacy and digital education across Uganda. We have worked with schools, universities, local governments, and the private sector to provide digital skills training, infrastructure, and strategic support to foster a knowledge-based society.
We believe in creating opportunities for the youth, entrepreneurs, and underprivileged communities to acquire vital technological skills, enabling them to unlock their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the nation's growth.
Through our outreach programs, we've impacted over 50 communities, providing access to essential tech education and resources.
We’ve partnered with over 200 schools to integrate technology in learning and offer computer literacy courses to students and teachers alike.
